yes it does, i got the you can't quit from my current boss. You are the glue that holds the department together. I have tried to tell them for a long time, you need to pay someone with experience rather than all these greenies. Don't put all your eggs in one basket. Well I put up with it for honestly too long

Not the case at all, i looked to see what was out there and they are terrified of that. I saw a better opportunity and jumped on it

 

Excellent opportunity, you probably don't fully realize. You'll learn the ins and out about the building trade, gratifying asset to have in your pocket for you and your family's future.

 

That's if you're not a dork and they like yuh of course. I began seeing it incorporated in residential construction about 30 years ago. Back then it was known as Microllam (LVL) Trus/Joist.. and glulam, engineered I beam construction.

It's all good stuff.
