Hi All, been a while. I just caught up on the thread. I was yelling at my screen, it's a Mangusta but I'm days late on that one.

Rivers, it was good to hear from ya... err read from ya? Glad to know you're doing OK.

White, umm. Good luck with your **** probe. I thought that mainly happened in Nevada. Maybe thats Area 52 in Utah.

I've been cheating on this site with another one since my new acquisition last week, and before that really. Trying to see if this is really what I want to spend my tax return on. Learning all the ins and outs of a new toy is always fun. Hope you guys don't mind if I drop this completely off-topic post here. Hell, it's not even a Ford.

This is my, new to me, 08 VTX 1800F. That's 110 cubic inches of holy ship! Don't fall off the back. I still need to clean it and polish it etc. but damn she's fun. It'll be raining for the next week+ of course, so I'll have time to work on changing all the fluids (oil already done) and installing the new goodies that are draining my bank account.

So... doc gave me the go ahead to go 10 years until my next one. Probably won't wait that long though. I plan on going every 5 unless something gets found that would make it necessary to go more often.

The shiddy thing is, I was supposed to be at LS Fest right now. Buddy just messaged me.... his truck ran 12.52 and he accidentally went from 1st to 3rd. Should be in the low 12's, high 11's I am guessing. Got a message last night asking me to bring The Eight Nine up to a show in Ogden, but the anesthesia is still making me loopy. Not really in the mood to drive 70 miles in the AM either.

I did get some swag in the mail today!

Nice lid, Whitey! I've been using ColoGuard in lieu of the "mechanical" method so far. My insurance covers it as preventative every year if so dictated. That may be an option for you moving forward.

Weather this weekend is again conducive to a Mustang outing. Of course, Sunday is the warmer of the two days, and that afternoon is when we're supposed to go visit a neighbor at their new house. Oh well, it'll be good to get it out tomorrow (we'll... today, now) even if the top stays up!

ColoGuard may be an option in the future. I have a scar that he very specifically wanted to check on (I also wanted it to be looked at), but luckily he said it was absolutely perfect. I do have a mild case of diverticulitis, and that may be part of my issue.

If you get the SN95 out, take some pics!

I am sore...replaced the solenoid block in the 06 Escape yesterday and finished her up this morning. I was outside until 1am, and didn't want to run my impact that late/early. Took her for a 10 mile jaunt and all seems fine so far. I forgot that Ford has so wonderfully put the connector for the solenoid block in a place where you have to remove the entire valve body to remove the it. I called my Buddy and he said "You have to be careful with the manual valve.... if you don't get it put back right, you'll have to tear it apart again". He was in the middle of building a trans for a Cummins, so he said he'd be a while before he could make it. Well... at 8:30, I decided to just do it. He spooked me with the manual valve thing.... that was easy peasy.

The thing that took me the longest was needing to modify the connector so it would get through the hole in the top of the trans. It was physically impossible for it to fit the way it was made by Borg Warner. I hate using BW electronics though.... but this is what I was told Ford uses on these.
