Any of you guys use blue light glasses ? I guess there's no medical proof they work, but some swear by them.
I have the blue block stuff in my prescription this time. When I'm scrolling my phone at night in bed, I can go right to sleep when I put it down. Before these glasses, I'd have a hard time going to sleep and I'd have more migraines. I don't think anything else has changed.
I also work from home 90% of the time and I usually work at night when everyone is asleep or early morning after everyone leaves the house. Previously I'd always feel the need to send emails or play on my phone until I finally felt exhausted and closed my eyes. With these glasses (it seems) I can just go to bed and not have to use my phone. I go right to sleep.
I think it was just an extra $45 in the prescription. I never used them before I had glasses.
It's not science but for the cheap addition to the lens, I'll get them again.

Got the steering wheel all kosher again.... the silicone is supposed to dry for another 8 hours according to the tube, but it's all feeling good. This piece saved me some money!!
I forgot.... yes, my Wife also uses them for her laptop. She says they help. She has a TBI though, so I don't know how much that plays into it.
Soooo..... that "R" next to all of the numbers means it's a new record. Seven resorts now have had a record year for snowfall and snowpack. It's being said that we won't really get "spring" for two more weeks. ****.
