I had every intention of starting in on Frankie tonight, but it's started to snow. Supposed to get 6 inches of wet snow tonight. And.... I remembered that my snow blower needed the scraper replaced. I really would like to come up with a metal one. Anyway... back in the house now, cold, wet, and smell like gas. Probably not tearing into Frankie.
Well, now it's down to $30, and I couldn't help myself even though I already have 2016 on my "main" PC and itr's fine.
I'll hang onto it, and am sure I'll find a machine that needs it sooner or later.,
No matter how good they are, it's still not the same as shifting for yourself IMO. I thought I could be happy with it when I bought the GT/CS but I'm just a manual guy and that 5 speed slusher just doesn't fit me even with the Bama tune on there. My 1st car was a manual Datsun 510 and I've pretty much always had one throughout the years. I learned my lesson and now know it has to be manual for me. Unless it's the F150, it never pretends to be a performance vehicle so the driving experience and expectations are completely different.
FYI, it's snowing up here in the PNW today. Rare for us this early in the season. At least it isn't sticking on the roads too much yet. Tomorrow will probably be pretty icy.
