Success, I got a chuckle and a aggressive wash. Ahh, probably needed both anyway.

May as well get what you want while you can. I'm inching closer and closer to putting mine up for sale. I'm nearing completion of my basement project.

Textured walls is the "in thing" around here lately. So, I took to that myself to see how I could do. Also used my other (smaller) Wagner spray gun last night. WOW. How in hells name did I paint anything without this before?

Also, you asked previously about overspray on the Wagner guns, Brew. I did this to show you. There is about a 3/8" gap between the sheetrock and door frame. But yeah, very little overspray.

Thanks, guess I'm going to invest in one of things then. I have two large tubes of painting crap. I think I get everything to make that job easier at one time, purchasing new tools for a job I didn't like helped at the time, but so much crap!

Hey, I got a Doc appointment. Later lol.

Good luck my friend. Two years should be plenty of time.

Thanks. Had plenty of fixer uppers and built one in the past early on. Just a spec home that I made mods to along the way. One that I'm going to incorporate into this one is 2x6 exterior walls, insulated the hell out of it. It was cheap to heat and cool, really made a big difference. The garage was the same way. To bad the Ex got that one...dangit! Haven't done a new build since. Just fixers. Acquired a ton of experience since then though, might as well put it to use.

Looking at some pull behinds. The 150 can pull a decent size camper I guess, just to move it here and there won't be a big deal. Probably should get a 250 or 1 ton for supplies during construction. Iduno, lumber companies will drop for you as well.

You can pull a 30 foot with slide outs pretty easy if you put some airbags under there.

I got the companies to drop the lumber at my door, or where the door is now, just to save some time.

You looked into going the concrete route? My dad and I built his house using insulated concrete forms and trust me that house is insulated as heck and will not be going anywhere if a tornado tries to fight it lol
