Before this computer debacle, I got Frankie about ready to roll!

 

Did a little practice run. These are waaaaaaay too bright. Looks like this paint should have been named chrome, not aluminum. No way can I be happy with this. I've got to come up with something different.



EDIT: Plan 3.231-C Probably going against the grain. This Smoke Gray wants to be next to Royal Blue.

 

Alright... I'm happy. This smoke gray is going to work out good! Went to HF and bought a new gun too. The primer kind of effed up the first one. Acetone wouldn't touch that stuff. So, I got the new one for 12 dollars because I had a Labor Day coupon. The lady said "for 2.99 you can add a warranty for a year and you can bring it back for any reason whatsoever and exchange it or upgrade". Sold.

 

That's actually what color I expected the primer to be.

​​​​@COStruck - I just got off the phone with Microsoft. I had my Office 2019 code, and it wouldn't activate. Also, I had upgraded this to 10 Pro when I got it, but the key was a digital license that was on the old drive. So, I got on the phone with a really nice guy over in India. He helped me get Office 2019 activated, then helped me get a new 10 Pro license too. No cost, just a great conversation, actually. Just took 45 minutes.... but worth it.

 

I actually wouldn't mind the whole car being smoke gray. But, blue will set it off, I think.

 

Hmmm... I'm liking the idea of all gray. I wonder how a Fox would look in that "Billet Gray" Dodge is/was using.

 

I know Android is supposed to be good (or at least better) at shutting down non-active apps, but my phone has been d r a g g i n g lately. I downloaded something that would show me all the background apps, and holy crikey!!! So, I researched a little, downloaded "KillApps," configured a number of things to the "exempt" list, and wow. I can actually use this thing again!

 

My Samsung automatically shuts down apps it can tell you aren't using, an also removes permissions from apps that you don't use anymore... such as access to photos, text messages, contacts, etc.

 

Updated 4 phones on my account this morning to S22's , kinda of blindly. Didn't call for that.... word "Free" sucked me in. Wasn't 100% free but close enough. Hope I don't regret it...
