drove the ranger today, i must have got a little trim shine on the clutch pedal, couple that with wet shoes and my damn foot slipped off the pedal right in the middle of shifting..oops. grind them till you find them lol
How many times have you cleared codes/ disconnected the battery etc? I could be wrong but idle is non adjustable in that era truck

Heard some scary info.
If your car is "high mileage" (over 90 K miles) and you never had an oil burning problem and you switch to "high mileage" and then switch back to normal synthetic...
The seals would initially swell up with the "high mileage" oil and then constrict again on normal synthetic oil.
Going forward you would now burn oil in a Healthy engine.
Basically causes more damage than good.
Good thing I never switched to that type of oil.
