I was curious to see if it was a misfire so I asked the parts store to do a reading of OBDII .
There's a red code "Eva" blinking. What does this mean?

That means your evaporative emissions system is throwing a "not ready" code, which probably just means you cleared codes in the recent past but haven't managed to drive the ridiculously precise drive route required for it to go ready yet. Someone else can weigh in on the route details.
That's because you reset all the monitors again. Most will clear pretty quick. Catylist and EVAP are the slow ones if I remember right. Conditions have to be met first.
GRF - If you quit erasing, the monitors should clear on there own eventually if there's not a problem. No need to take action. It takes awhile...it's normal. Don't erase if you need to pass emissions in your state any time soon.

So just looking at the EVAP column. Basically, keep the speed steady at 45-65 mph for 10 minutes.
