Thinking
Found where it probably is. It appears to be the microswitches in the door sliders getting stuck, and telling the BCM that they are still open.... We tore everything apart BUT those, and that was going to take quite a bit of time.
And yep, it pulls 2.2 amps until it goes to sleep, then it pulls .50 amps. Too high for sure! Honda says .05 is acceptable.

It has sliders on both sides. Not sure which one, or if it's both. His passenger door has had some previous damage, so he's going to start there. I'll help him out if he needs it though. But I think he has a pretty good handle on it. They have some grease that Honda used which gums it up. Shoulda seen the install job on the aftermarket DVD system, LOL. Whoever installed it literally glued the head unit into the metal bracket with super glue. Thought I'd seen it all.
I need to go catch up on my Youtube's. Glad to hear Paul ditched the orange can.

Ehhh, it's most likley okay, overkill and not as versatile. That driver won't work everywhere and robby bits/screws very rarely strip out and provide plenty of torque/no slippage. I'd have to stick with Kleins as they are the snap-on in the sparky's trade. They are robby's (tapered), which is what you want.
Although, my Kleins are old, I have heard of newer versions breaking. I'm not sure about that, mine have held up for about 20 years thus far.
If your going to spend that kind of coin on one #1 hand driver, at least get an insulated driver. Make sure insulation is recessed, should be the same thickness as the tip....not any fatter. At some point you'll most likley have work inside a panel. That's what you want, AND a #2 as well.
Personally, I'd spring for a Klein set. Research breakage problems tho, see if there's any truth to that. I know the Greenlee's break
