Shoe leather. Why start with the easy stuff.
I have a redwing boot that the only thing wrong with it is a ripped seam on the upper.
redwing don't fix uppers (at least the local one won't).
Wife gave me a leather sewing kit.
Thankfully it had brass finger protector / needle pushers or my finger would be real bad.

Boot still needs fixing.

Helpful hint.
keep clove oil around your house.
Have a tooth problem (ache, cracked tooth, etc) and can't get to the dentist right away? Rub it on the tooth and the gums around it. Pain will subside in a couple minutes and will stay away for a while.

 

I am finally going to put my air hose reel up today. I'm tired of dragging the hose across the garage floor, and reeling it back up when I'm done. Lol.... lazy, huh?

I dont use air often, but it's still a good thing to have handy. Thinking of adding an extra tank too for when I paint Frankie.

 

If I ever get around to replacing my compressor, I might move the air hose reel to the ceiling. For now, it's just mounted on the wall above it.

I got all of this for 10 bucks. Most of it is in Fastenal bags, all is zinc and grade 8. Pretty stoked! And that Ford emblem is huge!

 

I got this hung today. I forgot to get a shutoff valve for it, so I didn't assemble the manifold yet. But... I have air up there now, lol. I realllly need to retape the ceiling in the garage. Someone botched it badly!

 

Oh my gosh... the end of Robby's video today is hilarious.

Last night we went with my Buddy and his Wife to one of my all time favorite restaurants. Hadn't been there for 4 or 5 years.... and man, is it good! It's about 40 miles away from our new house.... so we hadn't been in a spell. My Buddy has only lived here for a year and a half, so it was their first time. They loved it too. The alfredo sauce is to die for.

The owner of the restaurant is Chef Tom, and his garlic bread/garlic cheese pizza are so popular that he marketed his own line of seasonings and his spread. Have you guys ever had this? It appears to be available at Kroger grocery stores. If you haven't had it, and you can get this.... I highly recommend it!
