So... I'll just say that I just talked to one of the "stars" of Matt's plane video on FB. It did indeed go down on October 24th, which was the storm I was thinking. I remember thinking "my damn roof is only two weeks old, and it's already getting beat on".

I think you just wanted to get a little mall crawling in lol.

I took my truck off at the dealership to do a 200k miles trans filter change and pan drop last week and it looks like someone over there decided to go cut a few donuts in my truck. I noticed the road noise being a bit louder and decided to look a little closer and found some chewed up rear tires. Before I go order new ones and drop these old ones off with a bill in their showroom I wanted to get yalls thoughts.

This is a front tire. It is 7k miles old with less that 500 being on the front after rotation.

This is a rear tire. All the leading edges of every tread block and sipe are chewed all to hell.

This is exactly why I have always worked on my own stuff. Can't trust anyone to do the right thing.

Did you find any rubber carnage in the wheel wells or on the body behind the tires ? - .....fricken idiots.

I didn't notice it until a day or so later but no one else has driven my truck except for them. We bought my wife's explorer from them but I have no problem finding a new dealership if they don't make it right.

That's the pits, JP. This too is why I started working on my own cars.

Talked to my Buddy last night. Everything is new in that T5.... can't figure out why the hell it would be coming out of second. He told me to bring him this other T5 I just pulled, and he'll get this one built so we can swap it out. At this point, it probably won't get more than a couple hundred miles in before it snows. In fact, if the damn thing had a heater, I'd take it to work a couple times. I don't think can throw a heater core job on my plate right now though. I have a CV axle on the Escape, wheel bearing on my Brothers Edge, and front brakes on my Yaris next weekend....

The one time I take to someone this happens so I won't be doing that again. Lol

I hope you can get the T5 sorted. I bet that car is fun to drive.

Hope everyone had a great thanksgiving, I think ive had my last straw with USPS. Shipped off the steering box from the highboy to be rebuilt and now its been "Late" for 14 days now.... They have horrible service too to try and get this figured out. Almost impossible to talk to anyone voice to voice. Now ill be out the money for my part AND have to source another one and ship it off again (NOT with USPS). Totally ruined my mood for workin on the truck this week.
