Thinking
I am kind of hot and cold on whistlin diesel. On one hand he destroys some nice vehicles but on the other he said he does it because they are just things and that's not what should matter to people. So I can respect that.

I've watched his vids here and there though, fun to watch for sure lol.

Haven't seen that one yet lol. I do recall the one when he filled the bed of a nice looking super duty with fresh concrete, then 4 wheeled the hell out it. I think it was blue truck, the vid was popular some time ago, probably still is lol.
Just remembered another with him cruising down a shipping lane or channel somewhere with monster truck. The truck wasn't that fast on water, but it didn't sink. Those big tires kept him afloat. He was going under bridges, I think he almost hit one once lol. The police was giving him a hard time at first about proper registration as marine vessel or something like that. So he had to register it first before cruising the lake. Stuck reg numbers to the side of the truck and in the water he went lol. That all happened right before launch, quite a few cops stuck around to watch lol. That one cracked me up.
I think he's the same guy that purchased a General Lee replica as well, maybe not. Oh yea, pretty sure he's the one who built huge wooden wagon wheels and mounted them a super duty. Going for guinness world record, attempting to beat out Big Foot. I think had to dig some deep trenches on both sides of the truck to get them mounted. He couldn't get the truck out of the hole without ripping the wheels apart lol. It was a fail in the end, but he almost got it lol.
I must of watched quite a few of his vids in the past.....they've been flying out of my head as I write. I think it stopped for now lol.
A goofball for sure, has style though. I like that he puts a lot profit back into his vids....quality. Good guy as I see it, donated some nice stuff to kids in the past and on the spot....4wheelers and such. Has a good gig going for him there and having fun doing it.

Yeah, Brew... his show reminds me a bit of my younger years. We bought a couple cars just to beat the **** out of them. We had an 83 Crown Vic, and an 87 Continental that literally took a beating. These are really when I started filming things. I have a few of the videos converted to mp4 format... but somewhere are come MiniDV tapes loaded with us running into inanimate objects, driving through a golf course or two (never on the green), and running into each other or abandoned vehicles.

We had some old Super 8 converted about 20 years ago. Had a motocross race, horse show and b-day party on it. It was pretty cool to watch. I can't remember if it was converted to CD/DVD, it's not ringing a bell, it was something computer friendly, some other format but can't remember which.. Anyway, that's stuffed in a box of photos somewhere I expect.
