I can't believe all of the hoops we're having to jump through to get this business to take flight. Damn inspector failed it because he felt it needed an EXIT sign above the office door...
So, I did just that. Gotta hang a couple fire hydrants and signage for them tomorrow. Also need to get this computer built for the office.... I was pretty happy today when he told me that he's had two people call and tell him they liked my ad I made. Hopefully it works out.
Just sayin- you being tax exempt atleast in Arkansas wouldn't work. Technically you have to be buying for the shop. It's a crime for you to not be taxed for a personal vehicle. The only reason why shops are not taxed is because they resell it then it gets taxed then. Or it's for shop use which gets taxed for income/expenses for the business. It's a crime in Arkansas and if the business or orileys gets audited and they catch it both parties will get HEAVILY fined. I would rather pay my 8% sales tax and not steal from my government. It's just like how people get away with not paying sales tax on vehicle by saying it was sold to them at the max without getting taxed heavily. Sure you can get away with it, but you might not. Not sure if you were aware of this and am letting you know. Not trying to say that you are trying to steal from the government.
Good call KR. Never thought of it like that. I'll have to see if I can just get the wholesale price WITH tax. Didn't really think of it like that. Thanks for the info, that'll save me some heartache.

Yeah, I think it'll be OK. I'll do what I said above.... I don't think getting it wholesale would be an issue as long as I pay the tax. Kinda like going to Costco? LOL
