Yea, I'll be moving this year as well. Not until fall I expect, but yea interest rates. Should of found tranquility 5-10 years back I expect. Guess I'll have to get use to the fact of always owing something until the day I croak...err some lender will one day lol.

In other news, the ******** that was supposed to buy my 2012 flaked out and decided he wasn't coming this morning. Pisses me off since I spent so much time and effort detailing the truck. I did however show it to a guy today that seemed very solid. He's waiting on his Tacoma to sell before he commits though.

 

Saw that yesterday and thought that the other guy came back. I thought he was reincarnated. Acted the same. lol

This dude sounded familiar. I wish this site would allow you to see the user IP's. Some other pages I've been on give you their IP address, and that is a dead giveaway. There is also an option for admins (and I think mods too) called "one touch ban & clean" which bans the user, deletes all of their posts, and blocks their IP address.
