White 99 and older has 2 screws at the bottom. Fold the bottoms down and you will see them. once screws are out just lift up and out.
Just went and looked once you fold the seats down there is a flap on the back you half to lift up to get to the bolts.

Wish I had read this info from KD first. I couldn't get those 3 to budge, so I pryed them off to find those two bolts. My back is rather unhappy right now from all of that tugging. Thanks KD.... wish I would have seen that first, lol.

Oh, and BTW.... raising the seats an inch does appear to have made these experience a little more special.

Because of the window leak my seat latches was a pain to release. I never put the bolts back in mine. No one rides back there and I leave the seats down.

This has some sound deadener in it, which I didn't do. Is that factory down on the floor, and about 2.5 inches up the back wall?
