Yeah.... worked on it all day... spent probably two hours trying to get the passenger side lower rad hose to seal. The Wife finally got her smaller hands in there, and it sealed up. I was just telling AK, bad thing now is it threw a PO171. Wondering if the impact cracked the intake manifold.

My neighbor came over and we used his winch to pull the core support straight. Kinda cool.... bad thing is, I think I need a winch now.

Today my daughter and Wife were running the camera... got 15GB of video, LOL. Hopefully it's decent footage.

Did you clear the KAM first, the 171 came right back ?

Why do you need a winch, - because they're real handy in pinch lol.

No vid yet, just looked. must be hung up in editing still

It for sure has a leak, It will try and die at idle if it sits idling for a couple minutes. I'll have to smoke it and see what it needs. I'm hoping for a bad hose, lol.

The vid is going to be a day or three yet. My phone is still uploading it all to Amazon.

That's exactly what I though, LOL. And why I took the pic

Looks like there's a dipstick in that pic too, LOL. Wonder if it's long enough for that other guy.

LOL!

That's funny, - I thought the same thing when I seen that dipstick laying there, you should of measured it white lol.

Earlier , I thought about giving my kid a call for a dip-stick measurement...- to show that other guy what I meant, - they are not all the same and it's not the way to go. Change the oil, start it, let it run for a few, shut it down then scribe your 6 quart mark after a few minutes. Sort of like you said but with a step by step. That is the error proof way.

I changed the 98's 3 times in the past because of tube failures, they rust out here. All three times the tubes had different bends, same part #. When you order the tube, it comes with a stick...the stick will be off. Old stick will be too short. It's easy to work out.

In his situation, all he needed was 3rd party blade stock from the help section at just about any auto store. Ford sticks come apart at top. Blade stock will connect to the Ford handle after sizing.

The kid wasn't listening anyway, deleted the posts.

If you haven't noticed, -hardly anyone works together on this forum anymore. Makes it difficult to help the young guys, - getting away from it here....the fun has gone.

Yes, I have noticed that for sure. There's been a awful lot of the "what if the earth is really flat?" members on here lately. I think these kids around Skylar's age are starting to hit the forums now. Some of them are the w01ves type though.

Listening to some of the video I took yesterday.... and the wind is going to make my editing a lot harder. Damnit!

The wind was just awful yesterday. I had to go brace part of my fence right in the middle of filming yesterday. Busted one of my posts.
