You are correct... that harness should not be removed.

I think I have only saw very few people in any of the videos from the last few months with a face cover.
The transmission rate is very low down there, so they might not be in the mask mandate. Also, the state does not require a mask outdoors, or with family.

Well... you can "Big Bore" stroke a 351 to 454 CI, so.... LOL

My Buddy is running a 5.3 right now in his truck... I was hoping to get a ride in it when he came in to town, but he flew instead.

I honestly didnt know you could get that kind of displacement out of a 351.

The real question is can you fit that into the mustang?

Up here in AK we use a porcupine (not a groundhog) for our yearly GH day. It's a bit tough at times as she tends to move a lot and her quills are sharp as hell, the handler says. LOL. Ya think? Her name is Sasha. She didn't see her shadow though. Maybe that is a good sign. lol

Yes you can. It takes some slight mods, but it can be done. I built a 351 that I am fixin' on putting in a Fox Body. It was originally going in my 89, but the way these things have literally sky rocketed in price the past couple months, I have backed away from that. I'm not sure if Frankie is where I want to put it though.

You mean they actually pick it up and handle it? Sounds like a sticky situation. nudge... nudge...

I'll tell you what White. That thing is beautiful. I heard you can shove one of these into a Bronco 2 if you ditch the AC. I'd be lying if I said I wasnt dreaming of it. Lol

JP, I have some friends over on The Ranger Station that have swapped 302's into Rangers/B2's and kept their A/C. I distinctly remember one of them heating the A/C box with a heat gun then using an oil filter mold and shape the box to make clearance for the passenger valve cover. The 351 might be more of a challenge though. If you ever get serious about a swap, I know some great resources that can help. My Buddy does V8 swaps in RBV's (Ranger based vehicles) all the time. Almost all of them using an Explorer donor, and retaining EFI.

EDIT: I went to try and find a pic.... and found this page Jim at TRS put together. Look at the pics about 2/3 of the way down. I'm going to have to go back through there and check it out.
