that's the voltage you are showing while on the charger right? I'd see what you have without a charger on it and then again in the morning. Hold the test leads on the terminals for 20 seconds and see how far down the voltage drops, That will give you a good idea how well it will hold up without having battery test equipment. It should stay over 12.50 volts If it drops way down below that..............eh......crap.

This engine in the GEN 10 is so easy to add this to. You can even change the cord from the wheel well. I just had that done. 5 minutes and the cord was replaced and zip tied to the position. Those Phillips;/ZeroStart heaters are my favorite also, KATS is good, but the cord is built in, not like the heater/cord being separate. OEM uses the ZS heaters as their own part number. Our application uses a 310-0040 heater. This fits a ton of Ford applications.
Saw the truck this morning and the frame is bent. Too bad because it's darn near a spotless truck. I offer a grand and it was turned down. Time to haul the battery to autozone and see what they have to say. My VOM has a clamp sensor for amps which is no help with a lone battery and the power probe does everything but amps.
