Guys were piecing these together at the Jeggs site.

Well my movie date with my granddaughter has been postponed until tomorrow or Wednesday. So White, how was the movie? I'm interested to know if some of the unsung people behind the GT40 that are rarely mentioned made it in to the movie? Aside from Shelby some of those people are Bruce McLaren, Roy Lunn and Westlake-Gurney to name just a few. This was before Gurney became a driver of the car but their engine and head designs went on to become the Eagle engines.

Should also help with traction when towing my travel trailer especially since a lot of sites here in the UK are grass

I know the easy way to do this is just find an axle and swap the whole thing but being in the UK, that's not really practical to do...

What do I need to buy to change things over, is it just the main part like these?

https://www.americantrucks.com/f150-...iers-9703.html

Or is there still more parts to buy?

I know have a 9.75 Diff and I'm guessing it will be 34 spline since it looks like the 8.8 is 31

Any recommendations for parts would be appreciated

Cheers

Adrian.
Try this,

You shouldn't have much trouble finding this and an install kit close by to you. If you can't, Summit will ship to you. I'm not at all familiar with the 9.75 but there should be more options available. I would think? Did you look into what differentials were used on the HD Transit Vans? They might have come with the 9.75?

Best movie I've seen in a long time. My Wife isn't really into cars, and she liked it as well. Without giving some of it away, I'll just say that I was surprised at a couple of things I did not know. I hate to be a spoiler, LOL, so I'll leave it at that.

White, sorry to tell you this but as far as movie reviews go, well, this isn't good! LOL How much did you think was Hollywood compared to how much actually happened? Some of the commercials for the movie show Iacocca approaching Shelby and that didn't happen. It all started with Shelby coming to Dearborn and approaching Iacocca with a prepared pitch. There's also nothing in any of the biography's about Ford taking the drive with Shelby in a car. It does look like a good laugh though.
