I really like my Ryobi. I also have used a Campbell Hausfeld, and I think the Ryobi is better.

Just got back from a vacation in Idaho. Time to get back to reality.

Plus one on the Ryobi. Purchased one this spring, think it's the smallest they make. It weighs about as much as a six pack. Purchased that one to run a Foam Cannon...can't have swirl marks in clear coat, hate that!

Anyway, plenty of power for washing trucks and it's quiet. The more I use the better I like it...haven't broke it yet lol, -

This is mine. It does the job rather well.

Yea that's a little larger White and comes with a detergent tank. They work pretty good, that's all I used in the past...a tank type deal. Heard about Foam Canons, checked them out on the tube and decided to try one out. Yea , big difference. Rather than me explain, it's better just to check them out on the Tube to see the advantage, - if interested.

I ended up going with this canon since I can use it with the small electric one and the larger gas p/washers. The orifice (2) 1.1 and 1.25 cam with, -

Looks like they ran out of those, many more to choose from though and they are all about the same...just go with the best reviews lol.

Yea, I was skeptical about the washer (purchased at home depot as well, - just in case I decided to return and go larger) The Foam Canon I ordered through the Amaz on site. Pleased with both.

BTW- I gave up on the wash/wax in the same bottle. Prefered soap is this stuff, -

Does a great job without stripping the wax. Really like that stuff because it does what it's suppose to very well.

Hope that helps Bruno, (who the hell is Bruno ? ), errr BuckO rather.

I've heard about the foam canons and have been meaning to try them out. Just haven't gotten around to washing my truck since the rust appeared lol. May just need to pull the trigger and try it out on the wife's escape

Specially good for the vertical panels, doors, bed and fenders. You can dial in the soap settings so that it falls slowly vertically, you know, down the panel. Let soap foam do it's job for a bit, then rinse. Apply soap once more then you can use your favorite soap mitt without scratching the clear-coat. The canon is sort of like a crude paint gun with two adjustments to set the differential. You can set pattern and soap thickness.

Soap goes an incredible long ways with a canon. 2 ounces will do car/ truck easy.

Thanks Guys. I need to pressure wash my deck and get it re-coated before the rains get here. Here in the Seattle area I may not see a dry weekend for months once they start.

I just learned about those foam canons this week. Apparently you can use a dish soap and bleach concoction to wash your house with them as well. I didn't get too far into researching yet but at least one guy thinks its a great way to go.
