I will if I need to but if someone had a list laying around it would be easier for me to get it and go ahead and order everything lol. Since its Valentine's day and a sunday I'm not going to bother him on his day off.

Three years ago my "WIFE" decided that she wanted to buy a house and I had to pay off $100K in student loans to get it done. Ever since "SHE" decided to be an adult my projects, Car parts and Guns are on a sympathy based program. I sulk for a few weeks and then I get to buy something pretty.

lol, snif snif sulk...

..but we close on our house on the 21st of March.

So far yes. The Appraisal comes back this week so that's the only thing that could throw it sideways. We think the agreed upon price is right on the edge of what we're assuming the value is. Just a few grand is probably going to make or break this deal and the waiting is killing us.

I imagine it is. I wish yall the best of luck. Waiting to close on ours felt like an eternity. Especially since we had to get 6 siblings all on the same page.

I'm on house number 4. Same old truck that needs attention. It would have been easier staying put and spending more time on the truck I think lol.

I hope to never do this again.

I don't get a big garage (small two car) but the ceiling is two stories so I get lots of storage. I can mount the Compressor and shop vac up off the floor.

Maybe sometime next year I'll build a Garage out back just for my next project and our toys.

I'm not going to be happy till I have an engine on a Stand again.
