If I do get headers I'll take the whole exhaust off except for manifolds, go to a shop and have them take the manifolds off, install the headers and weld up a new exhaust but with a clamp at the header collectors so it can be removable. I'd run true duals into two magnafleo high flow cats then into a magnaflow DI/DO muffler then exit lightning style.

Ahh okay. I noticed that in the eBay ads selling the pacesetter long tubes for 5.4 2v 2wd trucks didn't make any mention of the flange or anything. It just showed the header collector stopping and it was just a bit 3" tube and nothing else.
