Mine is fabbed up too. Don't bother getting the stock L H/E brackets. They wont bolt on to our trucks. Here's how i mounted mine. It gets air from the tiny cowl.

Should have started a thread...same as the plugs, 14mm (M14). If you want a gasket, - VICTOR REINZ, DORMAN, FELPRO, they all sell them. I suggest you use a gasket and back-off on torque. Once you strip the threads, it's a hassle to fix. I believe VR sells the best. O-ring type. One piece, -steel grommet and wrapped in nitrile (rubber lol).

If the threads are stripped you can purchase an oversized, self tapping plug from a parts store. Strip that one out and your replacing the oil pan. I suggest a magnetic plug. But really, to get the correct plug all you have to do is go to a parts store and ask the guy behind the counter. They know everything.

Well, you could go with a Time sert as well, - perhaps a Big Sert if needed. The pan bung is plenty big. Their tap will thread steel. Hell, a heli-coil would probably work good enough for that..IF you can find short enough serts. Mine was leaking at some point, I got away with using a nylon gasket and QuickStix Blue (Loctite Chap-Stix thread sealer...good stuff).
