Gotta remember that doing headers is a huge PITA on the 5.4 tho. Unless you have a welder you are more than likely gonna have to take it to a shop to get out broken studs. So that's more money there to. Unless you drill them out you can do that too

If I do get headers I'll take the whole exhaust off except for manifolds, go to a shop and have them take the manifolds off, install the headers and weld up a new exhaust but with a clamp at the header collectors so it can be removable. I'd run true duals into two magnafleo high flow cats then into a magnaflow DI/DO muffler then exit lightning style.

I had similar plans and almost pulled the trigger on it. 2.25 inch duals with chelsey pipe high flows long tubes and magnapacks. But then I realized that if and when I built my engine and go supercharged I will have to get a bigger exhaust. So that's why I didn't do it. But it's a good plan tho

I'm going with all 2.5" exhaust. The pacesetters have a 3" collector so I'd get a 3"-2.5" adapter put onto the collector, possibly welded directly to the headers, or welded directly to the piping and have the clamp on the collectors and the adapters.

You're just supposed to weld to the collectors then bolt them up
