yes a dead cylinder will cause it to run rough.
you started this thread with misfires.....
did you mark the coils and put them back the same ?
did you replace the boots that were in the oil?
if its only 1 cyl. missing I woulnt think its timing related.
swap that plug to a different cyl.
and move the coil to a another diff cyl.
see what happens....

Well guys changed a coil and still did it and then changed a plug and omg does it run nice now. But will go for good rip in an hr on hWY and see if all good to go on my journey to city 5 hr drive through the mountain pass if she is trust worthy. She is not dripping a drop of oil as I parking her on snow so I can see it and 100% good. So I will post later on how it goes and thanks a lot to all that helped me out.

Well guys just got back from a 1200 km Rd trip to the city, drove up to 8500ft elevation and snow storm, then did 130km hr. Got it ready at 4pm yesterday approx and left on Rd trip at 530 pm and the truck ran flawlessly the whole trip, I am bagged so I will post my final note on this post soon and hope it will help others, I can't thank you guys enough and hope now I can put in my 2cents for others, I really did enjoy this with the help from you guys. I was pulling my hair at some points and thought I would need to scrap the truck.....
