Actually the same for me - no email so far and shows as renewing on 04/14/2025. I didn't notice any wording about future automatic renewals (as someone else suggested) and it does still show my credit card, but with my old expiration date from last year. I didn't want to cancel the payment method because I was concerned it would cancel my $0 renewal.
I interpret that description to mean it will renew at $0. Did you first sign up on March 14th, 2025? If the language was for a full year, it may renew monthly at $0 thru March 13th, 2026.

I am curious on this as well. My BlueCruise does not expire until January of 2026, but I also have this $0 offer. Obviously I would love to jump on this if it will extend me for another 12 months, but if the 12 months starts from today then I may want to roll the dice. Anyone have an insight?
I went looking for the offer this morning and found it. I read through terms and conditions and decided that I hate lawyers and then decided to not make the purchase. I also called Ford's connected services yesterday to ask about an update from 1.0 and was told that they are currently rolling 1.3 out to Mach E's and F-150's would be at some later date. There are no plans to roll out 1.4 currently and it is only available on '25 Navigators and Expeditions. If they would update my software I would have considered continuing the subscription but I don't even want to give Ford my credit card info just to continue 1.0 for another year for free.
About a week ago I read on the Ford.com website that if one ordered Blue Cruise on a 2025 F150, one got BC 1.4. While I think I remember that correctly, perhaps the web site has since changed. In any event, I no longer can find that statement. Maybe it's my own confusion, or maybe what's possible to purchase has shifted around once again.

I thought I had read that somewhere also. One would think that if was just a software change that they would roll it out on every new vehicle that is Blue Cruise capable. Maybe it requires more memory for the complexity of the code....

I had the same question before I ordered, so I called Ford Connected Services. They assured me the 12-month complimentary renewal would only start the next day after my expiration. That appears to be the case with the screen shot I posted above from FordPass. My expiration date is 04/13/2025 and it renews for 12 months on 04/14/2025.
I have been trying to figure out if I have received any S/W updates in the 6 months I have owned my F-150. It says it is connected to my home WIFI, and automatic updates are enabled, but I can't find anything that says what updates have been loaded and what they do.
Anyone have any help on where in the menus to check where this can be found?
On the settings menu on the truck screen: If you press settings, then software, then updates it may tell you the most recent update. Beyond that I've never found a way, in the 2 years I've owned my F-150. There may be a way to do it using the FORscan tool (others here can say), but as I have not done that I'm not sure.
Saga continues---After some back and forth between dealer service and Ford, Ford did authorize new parts, including a new GWM module, which was installed (I think this is correct but don't know firsthand). Service manager told me that when the technician tried to load the software the process failed before completion. Now dealer service is still waiting for instructions from Ford as to what to do or try next.
In the meantime I have the truck back. It runs fine but now in addition to :update status" going round and round, there is no Blue Cruise, no CarPlay, no Ford Pass app. This has been six weeks now since the truck first went to dealer service, and I'm sure dealer service would like to get it fixed. (I have dealt with them for a long time, and they are a good group.) Why Ford seems unable to handle this situation I'm not sure, but as these computer issues seem to be handled and resolved at some central Ford facility I wish they would figure it out. It is a 2023 F150 Platinum, still under warranty, so it is unclear to me why this service process seems to be bogged down, or whether there is anything I can do about it, other than wait.
Any suggestions are welcome.
Good news: After several rounds of messages, parts replacement, and software updates (between the dealer service's technician and Ford), everything works. Took about 10 weeks from start to finish, and I'm glad everything seems to be working now. As my truck is still within the warranty period, there was no charge to me. My understanding is that Ford pays the dealer for the time used and supplies the parts Ford says are needed. All good
From what i have read in this forum, some are getting an update to 1.4 Blue Cruise OTA, some using manual updates. My dealer updated sync and said i should be at 1.4, but I am not. On line I see this page (https://www.ford.com/support/how-tos...-availability/ ) which would indicate that I won't get the update. Anyone have information? While 1.0 is OK, centering good, unlike what some have said, but turns of on curves more than I'd like, and no lane change, which might be useful.

Thank you for the link to the Ford version availability page. I'm not sure that it says that any of us won't get the update at some time in the future. That seems to implied by the "N/A" but it might simply mean that no update is available at this time. I'm also not sure that anyone has been updated to 1.4 through the regular update process, though I know that at one time there was a workaround that some technically sophisticated people here used to update individual trucks.
One wonders why the BC updates have not been distributed. Who knows? One wonders if there may be some hardware / software glitches that show up on some configurations some of the time that make updates have unanticipated results, on some occasions, even when they work well on test vehicles. Or maybe it's pricing. Or maybe personnel changes. Anyway, very confusing, and not what either I nor my dealer was thinking when I bought mine (2023 F150 Platinum).
