Your case is different. FDRS and a Mongoose will not help you. The dealer would need to swap out your APIM (again) with the correct part number for your truck.
So it seems that they would need another error code in order to be able to order another APIM? I wonder how detailed the ordering system is in order to get the correct APIM installed ?

@Swizzle Pending updates are below. No GWM, APIM or TCU updates pending. You do have an IPC update pending that once done, it MIGHT release the GWM update you need to fully update, but there no way I can guarantee that will happen. If you had a GWM showing, I would say full green light to Mongoose now. You would still be able to update all the ones with a green dot, but you may not be able to update your Sync.
hey, by any chance would you be able to help me out with my truck? i did the 12” screen upgrade and ever since swapping the APIM my fordpass stopped working completely. I removed the truck and tried to add it back and haven’t been able to connect to it again. It’s been like this for quite some time and would really like to get it works again

I don't think I can help with this issue. Swapping the APIM for the 12" screen is not as straight-forward a process as some may think. If the APIM is the wrong part number or has the wrong software on it, you could have possibly installed a part with mismatching info with is on the server side. PM me the VIN and a picture of your "about sync" screen. If the info does match, there is not much I can do to help.
