My February 2021 build F-150 XLT (Group 302A) came with the wired sensor that I have mounted on my travel trailer. It also came with a bunch of the stickers. Since I don't think my truck has ever gotten any of the OTA firmware updates, I have never tried to see if the stickers work.
Feb build is Job 1. Cutover was 7/6/2021 build date. Ford even has 2 different manuals for the builds.
I have all OTA updates so far. There is a dealer update for the IPC (instruments) that make Job 1 = Job 2 but it hasn't come to anyone via OTA that I have heard of.
I am just trying to figure out if Job 1s can do stickers now. And if so what update/when.

I know it was not supported in OTA 2.1. I have not tried with 2.3. I am in the same situation. I have the one Pro Trailer yaw sensor that works well, but I don't want to spend $200 for every trailer to have it. Besides, I can back my trailers fine. Just figured if I have it I might as well use it.
My truck was built 11/20. I have not received the update yet. Whenever I try to set up a trailer , it still asks for the sensor install. I also got the stickers in a supplement along with a message that said it was to be up and ready 12/20….. yeah right….that’s like saying, “ check’s in the mail and I’ll love you in the morning”..
Just got my truck back from the dealer for a few things. It is a job 1 platinum that hasn't received any updates since new. They pretty much said that Ford is aware of the problem and a fix is going out OTA on April 1

My build date is 8/17/21 and I have yet to get any updates also
Interesting the note referring to April 2022. I thought the fix was to roll out in Feb 2022. Is this a sign it will be pushed back some?
I had seen in another post where somebody had contacted Ford about these issues. He had received a voicemail back from them and he posted the transcription of the message. In it, if I read it correctly, the Ford rep stated it was second half of 2022 that these fixes would be coming. I hope that it was a case of a poor job of the phone transcribing the message and they said second half of Q2 which is already a 3 month additional delay on top of the 6 months we have already endured. This is going to get to a point where there will be a class action suit brought against Ford for all who paid extra for the prep package and have not gotten what they were promised (Q3-20 delivery)

SSM 50383 - 10 Jan 2022 - 2021 F-150/Mustang Mach-E - Over-The-Air (OTA) Failed Message In The Center Touchscreen / SYNC Software Does Not Download From The USB
Some 2021 F-150/Mustang Mach-E vehicles may display OTA Update Not Successful messages on the vehicle’s center touchscreen. Also, when a software update is being performed on the accessory protocol interface module (APIM) using the FDRS, the center touchscreen may not indicate the APIM software is downloading when plugging a USB drive into the vehicle. This may be due to an APIM software concern.Inform customers that Ford is currently working on a solution for this condition that is to be released via the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) in February 2022. Inform the customer that they can continue to drive the vehicle and only need to schedule a follow-up appointment if they are still experiencing the OTA Update Not Successful message in March 2022 or if the APIM is not able to beupdated via the FDRS. Monitor OASIS for updates.
