I can't see that on your OTA dashboard. You have a 2022......your truck was already built with the new software. Bluecruise is activated with 2.8.2 and the cameras while moving came with 2.8.3. If your truck has these features working, you're good to go. This issue is affecting 2021 F150 owners who are depending on these updates to come OTA. According to the Power Up Updates wiki, there is new software being rolled out in July and August that add dual-phone connectivity and Alexa, but I haven't read about anyone actually getting any of those updates yet.
Again thank you for your answers and your patience with me as I am just trying to understand what level my truck is currently. I just checked my truck and it has Alexa built in. I will need to check for the DUAL Phone capability. I don't remember having Alexa when I first picked up the truck. So I am curious when that might have happened. I do know I had Bluecruise and used it on the way home from the dealer.

Now that is strange. If the wiki is correct, the update for Alexa is being released this month, yet your OTA dashboard doesn't show you have gotten any updates in the past 60 days. With that said: Good for you. lol

What started me wondering was the other morning after getting up the truck went into deep sleep mode. no doors were left open or lights on so I figured maybe it was an update?

I have an OTA that failed, once again like the rest of them, can anyone Decipher this and tell me why it failed?
It does have an appointment scheduled with dealer for the issue, truck already has new APIM, and Update Schedule keeps resetting every key cycle. But this failure type is a strange one. Does anyone know what this means?
so what version would that be, again, not able to see anything about the update.

You only get increments in Sync with APIM updates. Anything that is '21 Job 2 or newer can't accurately compare software versions to what is on Wikipedia and being sent out to '21 Job 1 trucks. The newer vehicles came with updated software/firmware from the factory with all the features the older trucks are getting now (and more).

I'm no expert by any means, but to me, it looks like the update files weren't downloaded properly and got corrupted. The files didn't match the manifest so the update failed. Maybe the internet connection got lost during the downloads?
Holy crap……..I ended up taking my truck to the dealership AGAIN to get the CSP 22B08 done. I also asked them to do all the APIM updates since they didn’t when they replaced the APIM in June. They said they will look at all of them to ensure they are all updated. I dropped it off Sat at 7:30am. They called me and told me that it would take 12-16 hours to do all the updates. I told the go ahead and I will pick it up on Monday. Well fast forward to 3:00pm today. They call me saying the truck was done. I asked if all of the modules were updated. He stated yes. I said the APIM also? He said yes. So I drive the 25 miles to pick it up. Ask again as I’m signing the service order, is the APIM updated? He said they were all updated. The first thing I look at is the sync version….no update! They had it 3 days, and doesn’t seem that they didn’t do anything. I was on 2.6 as of Friday and now the trailer module update is que’d up. Can someone tell me what they did if anything before I make a complaint to Ford? VIN: 1FTFW1E82MFB07129

Yes, they did plenty of updates at the dealer, and I see you have the TRM update via OTA on your truck right now in queue to install. I can't tell what Power Up Update they took you to with the system I have, but they did indeed update plenty of modules.
