Nevermind... the Software Update page in the truck said 'Up to Date' before it completely finished the install. After another hour or two the update finally came through and I can see the turn by turn in the cluster.

 

Hate to be a bother on this as well but could you check mine. SYNC4 says I'm at revision 134 and up to date...sure doesn't seem like it from the posts I've read

I had my snyc 4 finally updated last night to software version 21146, revision 145.
I had software version 20312, revision 243. I checked under details for more info but there was nothing there.

 

Did Ford give you any details about the update? Have you been getting all of the powerup updates? I wonder if those are required before Sync is updated.

 

Have you noticed any changes to general functionality yet? Glad to hear that the actual base sync software is also being updated in addition to the module updates.

Did the APIM replacement resolve the issue for either of you? I have the same issue of greyed out "Automatic Updates" and no Sync version showing.

No details when i checked for the sync 4 update. And yes my Ford Power Up updated to 2.1

 

Fwiw, my 302a just updated to 1.71 last night. Built January 2021.

 

What’s your new revision number?

 

They had to order a new APIM module. It should be in late next week so I am hoping that they install it soon after. I will post here again when it gets installed.
