7219102[/url]]It says you got 2.7.1 on 5/24. It also shows the 21G01 FSA is still open and pending.
so maybe it will update overnight.

No OTA history on your truck in the past 60 days. You are also showing 5 FSA's including Bluecruise maps expiration. I hadn't seen that one before.

California has different laws when it comes to emissions and many other things. Anything that has to do with emissions in that state has a longer warranty than other states. Every VIN I've ran through PTS has the same discalimer.

Surprised mine doesn't have that (just went and double-checked that it does not). In the truck it says the BC maps end in October 2022 (I think). Online at owner.ford.com when I check connected services it says BC is available and when I click on it (which for the last few weeks has returned an ERR_3000) it now wants me to pay. Grrr. I'll have to get in the truck later today and see if anything's changed with what it's reporting on-screen.

Edited to add that I called the BC support number back on 5/23 because of the ERR_3000 that had been happening and I should have received a call back w/in 3-5 business days - the 5th business day was 2 days ago. No surprise, just continued aggravation.

Well, if it says your maps expire on 10/22, that shouldn't pop up until they actually expire in 4 months or so. In your case, once they call you back, they may extend your free one year subscription since you weren't able to use it for some time due to the error.

I wonder if you can go into the truck with FORScan and modify the expiration date. lol

Not sure what you're referring to (no quote/citation), but when you PAY for BlueCruise, it's a 3 year deal ($600). Those with Job 1 trucks who have been waiting 1+ year for OTA updates to enable their BlueCruise are receiving a complimentary 1 year subscription. After the 1 year, it's pay for a subscription or no BlueCruise.

Don't confuse the BlueCruise enabled maps with a BlueCruise subscription.

I do recall reading that if your BlueCruise maps (Blue Zone roadways?) have expired, your BlueCruise hands-free driving will not work.

As roadPilot just said in the reply above, I'd expect my truck to have an expiration somewhere around 5/23/2023. But also agree that when(if) they call me back that my subscription should get a little extra padding.

(Side note: I still have the sometimes-not-working bed camera... going to have to add that to the visit whenever it goes back in for the wiper motor recall. *sigh*)
