I'm about to lose my mind over this. I've done everything I can short of screaming at the service advisor. After a master reset and USB (re?)install of 22251, my versions match (owner.ford.com vs. APIM) and I get the sync pop-up less frequently, which felt like progress. But now the memory problems have worsened. It is now dropping my stored navigation favorites (not just my history), it more frequently dropping my preset pages to 2 (from 5) and it's also forgetting preferences like how I want it to route my drives, which it wasn't doing before. It used to be that the pop-up was the indicator that the memory had been erased. Now it erases stuff every time I get in the car. If it starts forgetting my radio presets, I'm really going to lose my cool.

On top of all this, my service advisor stopped replying to emails and won't return my voicemails. WTF!!!

as of today my radio goes to am radio on start up added to the list of made of issues already.
A family member of mine works at ford and said he thinks its an update issue and that one will prolly come out soon.
with that being said, i know mine has an OTA update issue now as well. when i search for an update it gets stuck in a loop and does nothing.
i was told by him, that i will have to do a usb update to get this all cleared up. He said ford is aware of the issue to the best of his knowledge but he thinks
the forscan guys will figure it out before ford will

Add me to the list of affected 2019s. Sync 3.4 build 22251 shown in the truck and in the owner's online portal. Only issues for awhile were long boot times and OTA update prompts until this week when Android Auto toggled itself off. It's remained toggled on since I re-enabled it but I did get the prompt, just now, to continue to Android Auto after I plugged my phone in.

Bittersweet that I'm not the only one dealing with this issue.

"Sync 3.4 build 22251 shown in the truck and in the owner's online portal."

My owner's portal says 23088, my truck doesn't. The portal says I have the current version (which I obviously don't). It's odd that some people are now saying their owner's portal says 22251, I wonder if Ford pulled the 23088?

ETA: My Ford Portal now says "
3.4.22251", when it used to say 3.4.23088... I suppose Ford now knows there is a problem, they should fess up and tell people.

Wait until they cannot get the new software to upload to the jacked up units and they either go silent or there is a mad rush to the dealer for whatever the fix is.
