I have unpluged the USB drive after the message "Mods Tools have been installed" and the system was started normally. It seems perfect..I have unpluged the USB drive after the message "Mods Tools have been installed" and the system was started normally. It seems perfect.
But after the installation of the rwdata cleaner I get always the message the installation aborted. Mods Tools not found in your system.
It seems the mods tools are not installed after the reset of the system or the rwdata cleaner has a mistake in the script.

I helped Zenk with his setup, they just opted for a reformat install, so if you are familiar with the Cyanlabs utility, it's the same files/output/process that someone else mentioned earlier in the thread. I just prefer to build my installs by hand because I like to understand what is in them vs. trusting a 3rd party utility to do it for me. 20 years of working on computers will learn you to not blindly trust software just because it has an easy button

Until a time when Ford maybe admits there's an issue and produces an official utility or update to address it, fixing it will either be via a reformat process or the jailbreak process, so it's kind of up to the individual on how they want to approach it. MY20 and newer would have to jailbreak because reformatting will make their setup unusable.
Since the installs I compiled contain Ford proprietary binaries, I prefer not to post them publicly, but if someone wants them instead of using the Cyanlabs utility, feel free to shoot me a PM and I'll send the info over.

I have been searching for a solution for this for the last month plus. I Was about to bite the bullet on a new APIM but think this may fix it! @barrytone I am new to this site and can't send a message yet. If you can send me this I will forever be in your debt!

The same by me. The problem is the Version 22251 and the rwdata partition is full. A mistake by Ford. Too late for me. Please read my comments and from the others. With this version I stick now in the only chance with the mod rwcleaner to make a downgrade and after downgrade a reformat. But the rwcleaner is not working. For the reformat we need a version below 3.4 19200. Ford installed a blacklist and forbid a reformat above 19200. Because Ford, we stick now in the trap. The unit is fine from the hardware side and for the sustainability it makes no sense to buy a new unit, only because the mistake of Ford.

For the reset issue, try to do a forced restart (or two, or three) (instructions here - https://www.ford.com/support/how-tos...aster%20reset/ ) first and then see if you can do a master reset from the menu.
