Just bought a 202 F150 KR. 3.5 ecoboost. came with 20 in wheels and Yokohama Geolander H/T Wanna Level it 2.5 ish and swap to fuel wheels and A/T Tires. Does this affect towing. Ride? Any downsides to doing it? Any Advise?
This seemed like right place to ask before I start a new thread but can a 1.5" level clear 35s or will I need to go to a 2" or 2.5"? I want to keep as much shock travel as possible. I'll go 35x11.50 if I have to but that really limits my options.

Downsides are if you go bigger higher load range tires it will be slower and ride can be stiffer. Another negative is that with any heavy ish load you will be nose high but that doesn't matter much if you don't tow at night. If you do people will hate you. Lol

My 2.25" ready lift advertised it will fit 35" tires.
This is with 33" BFG's, seems like plenty of room for a bigger tire.

That's probably a good idea to go ahead and go at least 2" up front then. Im already at 80k on stock shocks so some new ones are probably in order anyway.
Here is mine. Went back and forth between 2.25" and 2.5" pucks. I chose the latter after confirming with the help of this thread that it would clear 35s. Things might be overextended upfront but I am hoping to switch to Raptor take-offs anyway in the future.
The only downside to the 2.5" puck was that it left the front higher than the rear. Ordered a 3" rear leveling kit to get some rake back while fixing the bulldog look. Will update the pictures after it's all said and done, the leveling kit is currently sitting in my kitchen waiting for my brother's lift to be available.
2.5" front leveling puck. Not a fan of the bulldog look.
Looks much better with 35s (285/75R/18 Kenda Klever RTs). The slope also helps... it helps quite a bit.
