2017 2wd, 5100s set at second ring, 1.5" wheel spacers, 275/60/20 Kuhmo Crugen HT51.

Normally, the "second ring" would be the next setting above the lowest, stock setting.

But it looks like you mean "second setting from the top setting"... right? The 1.75" (Average Lift) or whatever setting?

I've always like those wheels! and with the spacers, you have a great combination! Congrats. The truck drives great, too, I bet.

No rubbing, rides great.
Glad it turned out for you, really looks great, more proof OEM wheels can look good. How's the clearance between the UCA and sidewall?

I'll have to climb under and see about the clearance. From what it looks like from the fender, not much. From what the guy at the tire place said, the 34.8x12's fit but the 35x12.5's rub! I turned the wheels to full lock both directions and there is no rubbing. Not sure at full suspension travel, but I'm not too worried about something rubbing a little if I'm in that situation!

F-150 newb here. I've been rifling through this thread trying to get an idea of where I want to go with leveling my 2020 super crew. My truck will be used as an overland rig for my family. I plan to level it out and fit 34-35" duratracs just like I have on my other truck. My rig came with the 18" sport wheels which I really love, but I want more meat on the sidewall and would like to run 17" wheels. I think I've only seen one rig on this thread running 17" wheels. I was hoping anyone else running 17" wheels could chime in on how they liked the look and the ride of smaller diameter wheels with 34-35" tires. What has your experience been like? Any thoughts or opinions would be welcome.

My last 3 trucks I've used 315/70/17 tire size, on Raptor wheels. On this one I changed that setup to 17X9 +20 Vision Manx Overlands, with the same size tire.
All have ridden very nice with that size sidewall, the tires are also load range C. I don't remember if I ever posted any photos in the thread so I'll post this latest one.

I'm all for your idea. You'll be better off offroad, too. Glad to tell you what I can. You have a PM.

Having been through the majority of this thread, I've narrowed my choices for tire size to 284/60/20, or 275/65/20. I'll be running BFG K02s, on factory 2019 Platinum wheels. The truck is leveled with Bilstein 5100s in the front, set at 1.75". I do not want any rubbing, and I am not willing to trim at all. I'd love to hear from those with the same setups on any issues with rubbing. I need to buy new tires this week as I took a screw to the sidewall on one of my tires (a whole 8k miles on it) and the tires the truck came with are no longer available.

I have my bilstein set at 2.1 and am running 305/70R18 (34.8/12). The 285/60R20 are 33.5/11.2. I dont think you would have rubbing issues, but that's just going off what I put on. I have factory PVD 18's
