I've used the Rancho setup on two different trucks, a '17 3.5, and a '20 5.0. Both of them came out to an exact 2.5" lift. I know Rancho says 2.75", but that wasn't my experience. I don't think you can adjust anything but the damping with the little red **** on the bottom, that doesn't adjust height. All in all, for the cost, and light offroading, I think they're worth it.
So, this might be a new thread topic by itself, but I see many comments on aftermarket shocks. I’m wondering if the ride, or suspension is noticeably improved with the upgrade? I already added a 2” leveling kit to my Lariat, and 285/60/20 Cooper XLT’s on stock rims. I want to keep the 3/4” rake which I have, and not end up higher or completely level. So, in which ways would the shocks improve my setup? (which also btw includes airlift 2000 airbags). Appreciate the feedback from those that have made the change.

Also, bear in mind, that if a spacer gives you 2" of lift, that doesn't mean the spacer is 2" thick, it will be thinner.

Well I just ordered the RC 2” level kit and I’m hoping it’s as easy as it looks on YouTube. For those of you that installed lifts yourselves are there any tips or tricks you learned that could help. Thanks
