Can anyone definitively confirm 285/60/20s with Bilsteins in the front at 1.75"? Yay or Nay? I've seen people with 275/65/20 and 1.5" levels, but I'd like to see if I can make sure before ordering tires.

Here's a comparison. I currently run "size 1" with zero issues.

Yep, I'm quite familiar with Tire Size Calculator and know all the specs about the sizes, you also appear to have wheel spacers and whatnot, looking for more of a "yes, I have that level and tire size or bigger" or a "no, it'll rub" type of answer, if anyone has one.

Quite certain that the wheel spacers make me more likely to rub with a factory width tire. Good luck

I saw a guy running 285/65/20 on factory wheels with what he thought was the 2.1" level from Bilstein. Turned out they had installed on the "stock" setting. That being said he did not have any issues to report. Eventually went back and had them fix it.

I will try and find the thread and edit it in. I think you would be ok though.

Sure doesn't look like the factory ride height at the front. Who told you this was stock? That truck has has some sort of lift added to the front, perhaps at the dealership before you purchased it.

Again, judging from your photo.

I was told it didn't have a level on it but I never confirmed although it would rub just a bit in full lock. I had this truck about a month and the dealer bought it back for issues it had so I'm in the King Ranch now.
