Just noticed a small cubby like a small glove box at the very bottom of the center stack under the area where the usb ports and 12v port is. Push on the silver bar and it opens like a glove box and the cell phone fits in there nicely.

 

If you exit your vehicle while the engine is on and the tranny is in park you hear the three "door is ajar" dings. That is what I do when grabbing mail from the mail box.

I lucked into this, this morning. I opened the door with the tranny in drive and then shifted to park and only one door ding. Tested it again and same result. It isn't no dings, but it ain't three. Minor blessings.

kept mine...ford tri fold one...dealer told me to cut the front half of the front bed locating tabs off....it kinda fits for now...little wide at the tailgate end...

 

Yeah, the double honk when you leave the vehicle is annoying. I got out of my ride and two people were walking in front of it, (pulled up by a gas station so it really amplified the sound) and totally scared the poor girl. She practically jumped out of her skin.

I agree but the way he worded even made it seem even more obvious. He even said where the usb and 12v are. Well, yes but why say under it.

 

At least on some of the trucks with the jump seat instead of the centre console, have the 12v exposed all the time, and just under it is a small compartment that opens like the bigger glove box. Its at the very bottom almost to the floor.
