Default Reverse beeper?

2015 XLT SCREW 3.5EB 302A 4x4 3.55 302A pkg max tow bed liner Leer Cap Caribou Metallic TSB 15-142

I thought I asked this before, but perhaps not --

I'm very uneasy backing this beast out of parking spaces, etc. Not used to the cap, for one thing, and overall visibility (maybe because of my age) doesn't seem as good as it was in our 2011 SCAB.

So I would like to get one of the reverse beepers and install it, to warn folks back there that this truck is moving, maybe towards them. I know, those beepbeepbeep things are an irritating pita, but I'd rather irritate someone for a few seconds, than back into granny on her walker!

I've read about some of the add-on replacement bulbs to install in place of the backup lights - do they work? Easy to install? Has anyone out there tried them? Am I alone in this? Whoosh whoosh, is this thing on?

thanks

I've had no issues at all backing up using the rear view camera. The camper top really hasn't obstructed my vision as I always relied on my mirrors 100%.

While this is also my case, I also would like back up alarms because of the stupid people walking in the parking lots that seem to pop up out of nowhere. That even with the cameras and mirrors I find hard to see for some reason.

While this most often happens in the Walmart lot I'm sure it's not a reflection of the smarts of the shoppers there, after all I was just shopping there! Or does it?

Other than the lawsuit involved with running over Walmart shoppers, you'd probably be doing the gene pool a favor.

Regardless of location, anyone dumb enough to walk behind a vehicle with the reverse lights on and creeping out of a parking spot deserves a little bumper tap, IMO. Other than small kids that don't know any better I suppose, but that's what parents are for right?

Default Door unlock from handle

When I put my hand in door handle 3 doors unlock.
The rear driver door does not unlock. Is that normal?
How can I make all of them unlock?
THX

It's one or all. You must have an issue with the rear lock.

You forgot "and playing games on their cell phone while walking" - The beeper would be to get their attention. Cellfeebs will be cellfeebs.

Yes, I rely on my mirrors as well, and have done for a long time (over 50 years) and that's fine for stationary objects. BUT it's not the stationary objects that I want to warn with the beeper. Except for cousin Wally, but that's another story.
It's those sleepwalkers or cellphone zombies that bother me. I hate the paperwork involved when you flatten one! Then there are the rugrats - gotta let mom know her kid is about to become parking lot detritus.
