lots of good info, thanks. I tried to disconnect the door chime and disconnected the blue and grey wire. This worked but only if the ignition is on. Any ideas which wire to turn it off for the accessories key position? I don't want to trial and error it in case I do something screwy and void the warranty lol.

So here's my contribution, after doing the chimes mods, as posted above it still chimes when the key is on accessory. For some reason I never thought to check but the radio will operate independently of the key, so you don't need to have the key in the listen to the radio. Maybe everyone knows this already but I thought it was damn coool and will be great for camping

It's my first day
The only real tip I have for any new F150 owner is never fart in HVAC air cooled / heated seats while the in-seat blower motor is running unless if you absolutely hate all your passengers.
