My assumption would be, that since you have to squeeze the button to go to M, when you push forward to D, the button is still depressed at the M point & allows you to move forward to N.

For normal driving my tow mirrors are adjusted too high to see the area immediately around the truck when backing up. It would be nice if the mirrors could memorize a setting for reverse, meaning that they would tilt down when the truck is in reverse. But, Ford missed that feature.

Then it dawned on me... I adjusted both mirrors while backing up and then stored that setting to the #3 memory button, which was unused. Now I can push the #3 button and both mirrors tilt down for backing up. The seat and steering wheel stay the same. The only rough spot is having to shift to Park or Neutral for the memory buttons to work.
Can be done with FORScan. When you pit it in R, you press mirror down (? I think). Anyway, I did it and it works.

I watched a video on removal. They all end once the tire is lowered. How do you remove it after it is lowered? I have to ask now before I am stuck on the side of the road.

How do I program the FOB to unlock all doors with a single click instead of double click?

Lie on the ground like a filthy animal, lift up the tire with one hand while you reach under and thread the metal "hook" thru the hole in the rim.

It's great to have a drill with you. You can use the appropriate adapter to make turning the stem a 2 sec job.

In your instrument panel, there is a setting to unlock drivers door, or all doors on first click.

I got tired of going through all of these and searching for items mentioned. Therefore, I began a summary of just the tips and such.....no commentary or repeats. So far 48
Tips through 23 pages of this thread. Disclaimer, I did not fully edit it, nor did I pick and choose tips. I tried to summarize all with out repeating. I did add some of my own comments, which I noted. I should have this copied and pasted into a summary document sometime this month. As everyone kept commenting there should be a summary document, I just decided to do something about it. Draft V1.0 attached.

Much appreciated!!!

Regarding >> 17. Unless Ford has changed how it operates in the last couple of years, adaptive cruise will not bring your vehicle to a stop. Once speed drops below a certain level, a warning will sound and the cruise disabled.
**Adaptive Cruise does bring the truck to a complete stop. When ready to go, simply press Resume and the truck will increase speed based on distance setting to original Cruise Control speed.** I use this feature alot on the interstate/highways, works as advertised.
