I don't think anyone has found a way.....so far....I too would prefer to stay in Sport from shutoff to start, even asked Livernois if they can do that via their tune....here is reply...

We cannot force it tostay in the SPORT mode unfortunately as that is done through the body controlmodule which our tunes do not affect.

Damn.....smile

You will only have the drawer if you have bucket seats with the floor shifter

Does he mean this drawer? I have the column shifter on mine and have that drawer. The light always catches me eye at night so I have to keep it closed too.

Does it bug anybody else that after you wash your truck that water drains out of the Ford emblem on the tailgate after it's been dried. Sounds trivial, but on a black truck with Houston high calcium water it leaves a constant stain running down the tailgate.

Thinking I will either run a very small bead of clear silicone caulk around it, or pop it off and caulk behind. I'm a little scared to pop it off, then it will most likely fall off the rest of it's life.

You could install a water softener to remove the minerals in your water. It's not a cheap solution but I have very hard water where I live and had the same issue as you. The water softener solved the problem and is so nice for a multitude of other reasons as well.

I'm glad my KR doesn't have that. It has the emblem but I have that stainless section and I don't get any water leaking out.

If you notice I also cut the tail pipe back to the axle and put a down tip on it. Never could keep the exhaust tip clean and hated how it always looked dirty and had all the black soot on it. I think it looks much cleaner without it.

Try adding a inline water filter to your hose. Cheap solution, and easier to keep your vehicles clean with clean water.

You can pick up a good yet cheap unit at Walmart, then get some hose fittings from your local hardware store for a few bucks.

I take a small hand held yard blower to blow the excess water out of the door handles and tail gate emblem before I dry the truck. Actually I do this to the whole truck before drying.
