does anyone know if there is a build date issue? My has a build date of 1/16....

I'm in the middle of getting my APIM replaced on my 2017 Raptor. It was ordered on Friday January 25th and my service advisor has called 3 times and they emailed them and was finally told that it would be shipping on Feb 18th .

so I am hoping that it's quicker than that, but judging it's been a week already, I'm not getting my Hope's up. Luckily the truck is still driveable, and it's not my only car.

it doesn't sound like a build date issue as an overall product issue. My truck was manufactured late June of 2017

 

Agree this is a design issue now....poor quality....what was that saying Quality is Job 1????

 

Speaking of the Devil..... sitting here at dealership. APIM part finally came in. Said it was backlogged because of vender that made them...... so the sitting begins in the sitting area.

 

IF you can find out who makes them for Ford

Let us know how is goes, I have an APIM on order as well. I will find out Monday when that replacement will arrive. The only nice thing is the dealership gives me a loaner car every time I drop off my truck!

 

2 weeks tomorrow that my APIM has been on Order and still not in at the Dealer.........Frustrating........Not only with the Failure, but with the backorder on the Part.
