Small update on my problem with ACC. Today on my way to work I set the ACC for 65 as traffic wasn't as contested as usual. As I was approaching the vehicle in front the truck did brake and start to slow then as normal I received the cluster message Adaptive cruise not available. This time before the message cleared on its own I hit the left steering wheel "OK" button rapidly. The ACC this time in fact slowed some then sped up to keep set distance. It only functioned properly a few moments before it was time to brake again. This time when I rapidly clicked ok for the cluster message it acted like before and would not function?
Once I arrived at my office I connected the OB2 and had only 2 DTC codes:
any thoughts? At least it did work as intended for a short moment.
Do you have a center front seat? I don't know what the "E" is in SCM (Seat Control Module), the last letter designates which seat. I read something awhile back where someone mentioned something about the seat belts being related to the ACC somehow. You DO wear your seat belt right?
What was the part number of your IPMA again? Try leaving the last two values out of 706-01-01 or put your factory values in there and re-flash, they should calculate on their own though.
Just need to ask, but you do have your VIN entered into your ABS correct? And you don't have any codes when you initially start the truck right?

No I have captain chairs with a console. I do wear my seat belt but I disabled the annoying chime.
Part no. for IPMA I used: JL3Z-19G490-K. This replaces JL3Z-19G490-H.
What do you mean by reflash? Do a module re set for IPMA?
I assume the shop that swapped my ABS ECU entered all that correctly because I do not have access to IDS. No codes at start up.

Again, just fishing for answers for you, but below are the values for my SCME I just pulled from my truck for you if you want to compare values.
Just for giggles, you might want to try to change your seat belt reminder back to stock, you never know what Easter eggs might be hiding.
When I say re-flash just take the last two values out or put in your factory values and save to your truck and it will calculate them. You can also do a module reset in the service functions but I don't think that will help.
I would check to make sure your VIN is entered correctly in your ABS, you unfortunately can't always rely on others to do things correctly. Aside from the VIN there isn't a whole lot to set up on the ABS module other than 760-03-01. There are some brake calibrations in the service functions you can also try, the "calibrate longitudinal sensor" is the one you'd be looking for.

Do I need IDS to see by ABS vin? Here are my SCME values. My line 776-03-01 and 776-07-02 are different. I also have an extra 2 lines. Are my different ones vin specific?

No, 760-01-01 through 760-01-04 is where your VIN goes for the ABS module and the same is true for the CCM in values 764-01-01 through 764-01-04 but start with the third digit on -01 for the CCM. Enter the HEX values in each line EXCEPT the last two digits. So for your ABS module 760-01-01 would be 3146-5446-57xx, -02 would be 3145-3131-4Axx, -03 would be 4644-3333-35, and -04 would be 3831-xx. The "xx" you can leave blank. Here's your VIN in HEX for future reference 31 46 54 46 57 31 45 31 31 4a 46 44 33 33 35 38 31 assuming your VIN is 1FTFW1E11JFD33581.
I can't speak for what might be right or wrong if even at all for your SCM, I just provided that for comparison.
And I don't know what the value does, but there are some differences between your truck and the VIN of the other diesel with ACC, see below. Worth a shot to try and change it. Worst case it doesn't work and you change it back.
