So, you might want to buy the -F then sell your -AE to someone else here but it would suck if it didn't help. What is the build date of your truck anyway?
My truck has a build date of 06/18.

Mine is like pic #2 and yours should be the same. Now I wish I would have kept my old CCM, I would have sent it to you.

Thanks. I will put it back when the new distance sensor -F comes in. I assume you may have had the -F and now you have -AE? I hate to spend another $350 but I'm already in it this far! I was under the impression you were testing ABS modules with LIV? if the new -F dosen't' resolve the issue I will be back to square one I will keep you posted.

Ok so I just stopped in another Ford dealer for kicks and gave them both part numbers for the distance sensor -AE & -F. Basically I was told it's the same sensor the ending numbers were just the production date so does that mean I'm at a loss guy's? The truck still kicks out of ACC mode once it begins to slow down. What should I try now? I don't want to take the gamble on purchasing the -F now even though my dealer ordered it.

I did test a few different ABS and IPMA modules and was unsuccessful. As for the CCM, I have the same one that SVO used and has been installed for some time now.

That's not at all correct. We'll use H1BZ-9E731-AE as the example. The first letter of the part number string designates the year so "H" is 2017. The second two (1B) designate the product line and the fourth (Z) designates the division responsible for producing the part. The middle set (9E731) is the actual part number and the last one or two digits (AE in this case) designates the revision.

So you think I should purchase it? Also I can't seem to get the chevrons to disappear now and revert back to like what was in the 2nd photo ?

I don't know what other options you have at this point other than trying different modules. As for your LKA display, just go back through all your settings and I'm sure you'll come across something you missed.

Update on the Diesel ACC. So sensor H1BZ-9E731-F
came in today. I uninstalled H1BZ-9E731-AE rechecked all the values again. Ran the distance CCM calibration and IPMA calibrations still no luck. It has to be something in the values. I compared my as built to another diesel lariat and they are for the most part spot on. The truck will slow and soon as it starts to brake it kicks out of ACC mode. Im at the last straw with this project. If anyone needs a CCM -AE I have one for sale. Any one else with the diesel have any luck adding ACC?

Did you ever fix the routing of the wire harness? Maybe the force when you brake is causing you to get an open connection.
