And I don't know what the value does, but there are some differences between your truck and the VIN of the other diesel with ACC, see below. Worth a shot to try and change it. Worst case it doesn't work and you change it back.
Same results. I think LIV had me try that yesterday. I've tried so many and nothing...
I followed the directions as posted. Installed all the parts as posted. The only part I didn't do was the ECU swap. Maybe its the wrong ABS who knows? They changed the part number and they sold me just the ECU. I'm super frustrated at this point. Least you guys had no issues.

Oh I assure you neither mine nor SVO's were without issues, they were just resolved behind the scenes if you will. Whatever is going on here with your truck will get resolved, it's just going to be a matter of time. Have patience young jedi!
Ok so I ran a quick parts check off a 2018 Diesel Lariat like mine. The only different part number was the distance sensor. P51SVO calls for: CADS - H1BZ-9E731-AE. The part number I got today from 2 different Ford dealers is the exact same but -F (H1BZ-9E731-F). LIV sent me one to try yesterday but I'm not sure what part number it was being there wasn't a box. Perhaps it was for the eco boost engine? I already boxed it up and dropped it in the mail back to him so there is no way for me to know. Liv buddy I hope you see this post. The ABS and APIM were the same. Do any of you think this could be the missing link being I have the diesel? I hate to throw out another $300 for a gamble! HELP!!!
EDIT ADDED the following private email from Liv.
I can't honestly see how a different CCM would matter because there shouldn't be any difference in how a distance sensor works that would mandate a different one for a Diesel/Ecoboost/5.0L/ or naturally aspirated 3.3/3.5L. When I pull up the description for the -F version in Microcat it doesn't say anything inherent about being for a Diesel. I believe the -F version is just a part # used at the Kansas City Plant instead of the Dearborn plant

I also noticed another small difference in the IPMA line 706-01-01. P51SVO calls for value: xxxx Axxx 6977. In this instance my value should be: 0805 A949 6977. I compared this line to 2 other 3.0 L Lariat as built. They both call for: 0805 A9C9 69F7. If I use that value I notice my guide lines change. In other words now I have chevron arrows pointing inward. If I use the Lariat 3.0 as built values my chevrons go away and turn to dashed lines? What is the correct icons? See photos below. And yes my lane assist works fine either way or so it seems. Just curious.
This is how lane assist looks using P51SVO suggested values. This is how lane assist looks using 0805 A9C9 69F7

You're just turning your LKA on and off on your IPC.

Considering the crazy things I've seen Ford do with some of their parts it wouldn't surprise me one bit that the -F is somehow different. If I remember correctly the -F is a revision number. We tried re-flashing some modules with different firmware which one would think would be all that needs to change but nooooooo, that would be just too easy. So, you might want to buy the -F then sell your -AE to someone else here but it would suck if it didn't help. What is the build date of your truck anyway?
