I'm a little ADD, I like to get to the point. That's crazy but good news for anyone wanting to complete this project, it'll save 'em ~$300!

Being I did not swap the ABS ECU not sure how it was flashed but the shop told me they transferred my as built and did the PMI and IVD procedure. Seems to have worked well for P5SVO. So close yet so far! I pretty much have the same truck P5SVO but the 3.0 L diesel? I wouldn't think engines would matter though?
I just recently completed the ACC addition myself and the 2nd one to do so on a 2018 I believe. I worked with LIVINITUP extensively to get it working and a few other things were tested, he's crazy helpful.

If the truck slows on its own then I wouldn't be looking at the ABS module because you know it works. I'd think it's something with the CCM or IPMA or considering you have a diesel there is a chance there are different settings. How close do you get to a vehicle before it craps out on you? If you try to enable ACC on the IPC before you cycle the ignition will it not let you change it I'm guessing? I'm not positive but I would just guess the CCM would pick up a vehicle before the IPMA would........just trying to narrow things down. Here's a VIN for a 2018 diesel with ACC to look up to compare values. 1FTFW1E18JFE42006

I'm guessing I'm the 1st one attempting this on a diesel? Just my luck! Well I was pretty nervous about it not stopping so I set it for the furthest away setting and when it locks on it starts to slow. It continues to slow I'm assuming till it matches a safe distance of the vehicle in front then I get the cluster error. I can switch between regular cruise but if I try to select adaptive it lets me choose it but I get the Adaptive cruise not avaliable cluster message. It will just stay on what ever speed you set and not slow down again. If you cycle the ignition you can use adaptive until it needs to brake again then your back to needing to cycle the ignition. I can PM you my Vin If you like? What ABS did you use? Ecoboost Engine? Thanks for your help. Here is a vin for one specked like mine but King Ranch and built 1 month after mine. 1FTFW1E19JFC46236

Everything aligns except for one of the BCM values. I show the values for the KR you sent me the VIN for having a 1 where SVO and I have a 9. So 726-13-01 is xx10 VS xx90. Aside from that I see no other differences. Try changing that value, see what happens, and report back. And yes, SVO's and my truck are essentially identical with the 3.5. I really don't have a part number for the ABS module as I got it from LIVINITUP and didn't have a box with a part number but again, we already know that your ABS module works so I wouldn't sweat that right now.

Ok I spent the better half of the day checking and rechecking values. LIVINITUP was helping me answer questions along the way as well as checking over the values as well. I changed the BCM per your comment above and I regret to say after all the hard work, money, and time I'm at a loss. I installed all the parts listed and used the values provided. End result when I set adaptive cruise and the truck gains on the vehicle in front it will brake to slow down then I get the dreaded cluster message "Adaptive cruise not avaliable". I'm at a lose and I think this has LIVINITUP stumped as well. Any ideas or suggestions would be great! Perhaps the shop who swapped my ABS didn't do the service correctly in IDS? I don't know? I'm deviated coming this far for it not to work. Anyone at this point who can offer a solution I'd really appreciate it. Perhaps diesel uses different IPMA or CCM? I will post my values here for you to review as well incase I missed something.

You'll figure it out, perhaps with some help here but you'll figure it out, just try and be patient.

Again, just fishing for answers, but is your CCM level and did you double check your IPMA wheel well calibration? Do you have a loose connection somewhere? Have you tried to re-calibrate the CCM and/or the IPMA? Did that one value change in the BCM do anything at all?

Iggy I sure hope so. Disappointing at this point. I have re checked wheel well and they are correct at 1007mm. I re ran the CCM and IPMA calibration again a few moments ago after changing the values.
I used a bubble level to check the sensor. Can you a shoot me a pic of yours to compare? Still same results as yesterday it continues to crap out. LIVINITUP is even puzzled. I hope someone reading this post can chime in and offer a solution. As far as I know all connections are good.

I have thought about adding this to my 2019 Lariat 502A, is there a write up anywhere that shows exactly what parts are needed and what all needs to be done?

Iggy this is how mine is mounted. I checked it with a level and it was level. LIVINITUP suggest we try swapping the CCM out and see? Perhaps it could be faulty from the factory? It reads the cars because I get the Red,Green, & Yellow distance when following. I had pre collision set to hi and it had went off a few times. Who knows. We all are stumped!

Not for a 2019 yet that I know of but shouldn't be much if any different from the 2018 solution.
