That looks to be right on the chili from what I can see and I wouldn't think the CCM would be your issue as those are pretty straightforward. I'd be looking at either the ABS module or the IPMA but again we know your ABS module works. It also sounds like you covered all your bases so I'm running out of suggestions too but perhaps when the dealer flashed everything perhaps something went wrong during the process? Maybe since you have a diesel you might want to go through all the different settings line for line and try to use the values for the VIN I sent you and use the entire line, just compare each against the FORScan spreadsheet so you don't change something you don't want to.

Small update on my problem with ACC. Today on my way to work I set the ACC for 65 as traffic wasn't as contested as usual. As I was approaching the vehicle in front the truck did brake and start to slow then as normal I received the cluster message Adaptive cruise not available. This time before the message cleared on its own I hit the left steering wheel "OK" button rapidly. The ACC this time in fact slowed some then sped up to keep set distance. It only functioned properly a few moments before it was time to brake again. This time when I rapidly clicked ok for the cluster message it acted like before and would not function?

Once I arrived at my office I connected the OB2 and had only 2 DTC codes:

any thoughts? At least it did work as intended for a short moment.

I would recheck all the connections for IPMA and the CCM and both of the front bumper harness.

Also both front bumper harness routing to make sure they didn’t get picked or pulled to tight.

Where did you route the CCM wire that clips in by the fog lights? They dont leave much slack as you mentioned its tight.
