When did he put the order through? Ask him for a copy of the DORA.

The plant is shut down for the next week and a half I believe so if they just put it in, you might be waiting a bit more.

 

I would ask him if the dealership had available allocations for your order! Dealers are limited in their allocations based on their sales sometimes. If they have had a flurry of orders lately they just may have to wait until they have an available "slot" for Ford to accept their order. My experience was; I placed my order on April 30th, Dealer submitted order on May 2nd and ford accepted it on May 5th or may 9th. My truck was actually build on June 6th.


Once the order is placed you should be able to get a form showing the dealer code, order number, etc. From that info you will be able to access wwwqa.cotusa.ford.com several times an hour (like the rest of us did) in hopes of seeing a tid bit of information regarding your new truck order. Having my new F150 Lariat now for 3 week on Friday the 8th I can tell you it will certainly be worth the wait!

 

Mine rolled over to in transit this afternoon and the delivery went out to July 13.
I just checked again tonight and the delivery date moved back to Monday, July 11.
I think I might take a little drive out to the dealer and see if they got a transport in today!!!!!!!! My guess is that it arrived late this afternoon.

 

Drove out to the dealership last night, no BJM two tone awaiting dealer prep to be found.
Sent an email this morning to the dealer who confirmed he received a pre delivery notification on Friday which means it is ready to ship.

COTUSB still shows Monday 7/10 for delivery.

I signed up for the 2016 F150 brochure because I read Ford sends coupons in them sometimes. Sure enough the brochure arrives with a $750 private cash offer that I can use on top of any other offers/incentives! My truck is supposed to be delivered on 16 July. The private cash offer is good until the 24th.......Looks like I just got another $750 off the price!
If you have a truck on the way and will be delivered soon, go to Fords website and request a brochure!

Mine was delivered to the dealer today!
Forty-one days from order to delivery.
Plan to pick it up tomorrow evening after work.
It would be great if a $750 Ford Customer Cash voucher showed up in the mail tomorrow!
