Why would the SIBL add appreciably to the build time?

The aftermarket suppliers require only 24 hours of cure time before the SIBL can be utilized, accessed, walked upon.

A number of trucks I've been following were built on 12/13.
Nobody at Ford CS and the dealership can provide any specificity beyond "in transit".

My Line-X spray-in bedliner was done two weeks ago and cures instantly, no wait time afterwards...
